EventPal offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Pricing is displayed on our website and may be changed at any time. We will provide notice of price changes for existing subscribers at least 30 days in advance.
New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial period. After the trial ends, you must subscribe to continue using premium features.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

You retain all rights to the content you upload to EventPal, including contact information, notes, and communications. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of content you upload. You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and share contact information through the Service.
While we implement backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. We are not liable for any data loss.
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding user content), is owned by EventPal and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.
EventPal integrates with third-party services such as CRM systems, email providers, and AI platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or actions of third-party services. Any issues with integrated services should be directed to the respective provider.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVENTPAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EventPal, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or other equitable remedies.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EventPal regarding your use of the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
